Ordered a 3 seater swing seat on the 30th May ......to cut a long story short we recieved a box on the 15th June ......This was just the Frame ......Missing Bolts ......We still have no cushions ....After Emails back and too and being told to be PATIENT !!! We are still waiting ......Very Poor customer service last email sent yesterday to ask for a tracking number for Cushions ....again no reply and phone numbers are just ringing !!!!........We have received 2 cushions for our 3 seater swing chair now and nobody knows where the 3 rd one is ......the XDP tracker says all items delivered but the scanned barcodes aren’t all there ......I’m wondering what to do now as Nobody seems to want to help me .......So after doing some digging ....the director of Alfresia.co.uk ..Susan jones and the company secretary Alan Donnelly are both on the board of Minky homecare ......and associated to Vale mill Ltd ......maybe we should all write a message to Mrs Hinch who promotes there products and let her know how many people have been let down by there other company .....taking money and not giving a great service !!!! Still cushion and bolts missing my Wife has emailed yet again and had no reply !!!!!!

Do not buy from this company because when something goes wrong, which it probably will you are in for a long battle and a lot of wasted time with their non existent customer service.Ordered a sun lounger in March only received the frame and no cushion.After many attempts to contact them by phone and email I eventually received the cushion on the 24th April. Told them immediately that I had given up and had already brought one from a different supplier and asked for it to be returned. Today, the 20th May I had a email saying they would pick it up tomorrow, we wait and see! In the meantime I had already claimed a refund through Paypal as I was not confident that I would every receive a refund from Alfresia. Will be glad to see the end of this whole sorry process.

OMG , only part of swing seat sent, No cushions sent with frame.

Okay , I bought a three seater swing seat , 329.00 not cheap , but after two days i had a delivery note to say my seat will be delivered. To my shock and horror , only one big box with seat frame has been delivered , driver said he didn't know where the cushions where , maybe they will follow . I don't think i would use again and never should you. It seem after reading other reviews this is how the company trades , not the best way to trade.

Like others I was a bit apprehensive…

Like others I was a bit apprehensive after reading poor reviews about this company especially, as has been stated, because they don't have a phone number. However I had no problem with the luxury swing seat I'd ordered, though for some reason it arrived in two separate consignments on consecutive days (frame/swing seat, then cushions). Everything was in order with the swing seat and though it was a bit of a pig to put together, and I would say preferably two assemblers needed, it stands looking beautiful now on our top lawn and my wife and I are really pleased with it, and reckon it's good value.

Great product, great service!

I was abit apprehensive about ordering my 3 seater garden swing from Alfresia.co.uk as I’d read previous negative reviews, but really loved the look of the luxury swing. I can honestly say that from ordering to receiving the process has been superb! The item did come in 3 separate deliveries but I was notified each time, I even queried this with customer services & they responded very quickly. Top notch product, from a very reliable company! Well done

Ordered a parasol looked fine but broke…

Ordered a parasol looked fine but broke within 2 weeks. Contacted customer services and after sending photos a full refund was issued - just two days after sending photosItem might not have been good quality mind you it was very cheap but i am extremely pleased with level of support and prompt responseReliable company def i will use again

Still waiting refund on 2 sun lounger…

Still waiting refund on 2 sun lounger cushions that was returned and 2 chair relaxer cushions that was canx before delivery. Had no refund for either, numerous emails but nothing. Watchdog and ombudsman next call if not refunded in next few days.

Ordered Firepit on the 28th may had no…

Ordered Firepit on the 28th may had no response from company when this was to be delivered. Emailed them and they informed item will be dispatched 2 weeks ago!!!! After no item arrived emailed them again to which they stated they are busy due to Covid-19 but item will be dispatched ASAP. After further 2 weeks now still not received my firepit have send numerous emails with no response. Phone Line is not responding.Very disappointed

*updated* I can’t rate something that hasn’t turned up.

So far, I can only give 1 star, because I don’t know what my £279 garden swing is like..... since I only have the cushions for it. We ordered on Friday 12th June, it was due for delivery the following Friday. Driver from XDP turned up with 3 cushions. We asked where the rest was and he shrugged and said “it’ll come later today, I don’t have it.” Clearly nobody came because a week later, we still don’t have the actual swing and despite mine and my husbands efforts we’ve had no news Or response from either Alfresia or XDP because nobody picks up the phone anywhere. The tracking system now says “Service fail” and I don’t even know what that means. Where the hell is my swing? I must add that I’ve had dealings with that courier before and they did exactly this same thing, we were forced to wait an extra 10 days for the other half of a bed we’d ordered. I’m disgusted with the complete shambles the courier you’ve chosen is performing. They are letting you down.UPDATE- 11 days after I posted this review I received the rest of my order. Delivered after some chasing and digging by my husband, we were given an apology by way of a partial refund (after asking, thank you). The swing is fantastic, great quality and sturdy. The only niggles I have are the paint work is scratched in lots of places from being flung about by XDP, though putting it together created extras so I see how easy it is to scratch it. The instructions were a bit of a pain too. It took us about three hours to put the whole thing together. I had added on the expense (for peace of mind) of the rain cover. One night of rain and it’s soaked through the cover and the canopy.... so really I’m unsure what use this will be in the long term. ??‍♀️Alfresia, I feel you have a great little company here and if you just change two things, you’ll find things run smoother. 1. The ability to talk with your staff over the phone. 2. Change your courier. They are doing you a massive disservice, they are an absolute shambles and you only have to look at their Trust Pilot to understand what kind of ship they are running. I would absolutely recommend and buy from you again if you change your courier.

Disgusting service so unhelpful

6 Classic Recliner Cushion

We ordered 6 Classic Recliner Cushion in Francesca Beige from Alfresia. The parcels arrived two working days later. Well packed and protected. We rang the company to ensure sizes were correct before ordering and Rob was extremely helpful. Very comfortable and look great. Delighted with the purchase

I ordered a reclining Garden swing from…Fast Delivery

I ordered a reclining Garden swing from Alfresia's website and was delighted to receive it only four days later. The swing seems sturdy and durable although the instructions are rather difficult to follow and there were a few nuts and bolts missing. We also found a substantial scratch on the main top bar when we unpacked it. I will need to touch this up as it goes all the way through to the metal.The cushions are well padded and comfortable though removable, washable covers would have been a nice touch. Overall, though, the product is well made and good value for money. I would recommend.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Update 4th August By some miracle I rang Alfresia as I had still not received my refund and they actually answered the phone, first time ever!I spoke with Estelle who apologised and confirmed she would credit through PayPal £56 that day. To date, nothing! Once again the phone lines now don't work and they dont respond to emails.Please DO NOT buy from this Company. If you have any problems, they will not respond or engage in any dialogue with you.As of 11th August I have heard nothing and so have emailed Rochdale Trading Standards. Thanks to the reviewer who provided details of the directors.So, the current position is that after accepting from Alfresia last month the offer of a 20% discount for the damaged swing I bought from them, I have still to receive my monies. As with previous attempts to contact them, nothing! They don't answer the phone or reply to emails. I have now had to raise a dispute via PayPal. This company offers no after sales service at all and as other reviewers have said, if you have an issue of any kind with them it is practically impossible to resolve it. Do NOT buy from this company. Next stop for me, Rochdale Trading Standards!Oh how I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company! I ordered a garden swing 10 days ago and other than a PayPal email confirming payment by day 8 I had heard nothing. As previous reviewers have said, they simply do not answer the phone and after I emailed them, I got an email confirming my order. Yesterday the swing frame turned up completely unexpectedly (no email or ability to track order). The box looked very slim and so I was expecting him to bring the cushions in separately but the delivery driver said that was everything. Today my husband came to assemble it and 4 of the poles are damaged in that they are dinted and down to the silver metal. There is also a rubber pole end missing. I have tried constantly to ring them today but to no avail, the lines are either engaged or it's an answer message. I have emailed them to complain and sent photos but no response. To top it off the cushions just appeared today also completely unexpectedly! I wish I had gone to a garden centre to buy a swing. This company seriously needs reporting to Trading Standards.

Purchased some solar lanterns for outside, really happy with the service that I received and was a speedy delivery, can’t believe the negative reviews, I will be recommending ??
